mission & values
Just as important to us as singing, we expect our students to be challenged to become better people shaped by the outlet of creating music together. We invite you to learn more about our mission and values as an organization through our shared commitments.
WE BEFORE ME
“We Over Me” means every singer commits their voice to something bigger - listening, blending, and growing together so the ensemble becomes more than the sum of its parts. This mindset builds trust and leadership while creating unified, powerful performances.
MUSIC IS FOR ALL
“Music Is for All” means every student has a place, a voice, and a meaningful path to grow through music. Our program meets students where they are, supporting and challenging them so every voice is valued and every student can succeed.
BE PASSIONATE
“Be Passionate” means showing up with energy, purpose, and a deep commitment to growth and the process. When students sing with passion, rehearsals come alive, performances become meaningful, and the experience goes far beyond the music itself.
MUSIC IS FOR HAPPINESS
“Music Is for Happiness” reminds us that while we pursue excellence, the heart of music is joy through connection, expression, and shared experience. We strive to create a space where students feel uplifted, valued, and leave each day better than when they arrived.
