Mrs. Hallie Johnson, Private Vocal Instructor, Burnett & Harrison

My name is Mrs. Johnson. I have been teaching private voice lessons to young singers for the last three years.  I received my degree in Music Business at Dallas Baptist University in December 2022 and have been singing since I was in middle school myself! I grew up very involved in Plano ISD’s music program all the way until my senior year of high school. I have enjoyed playing small gigs and performing, singing for my own online content, participating in my church’s worship band, etc.

 

I personally love songwriting, pop music, and playing piano. My goal is to help young singers define and achieve their own personal music goals and have lots of fun while doing it! It’s important to me to help students build confidence and appreciation for their own uniquely given voice.  I am constantly learning more about the way our voices function and how to sing healthily and relay that to my students.  I am grateful to be their cheerleader and get to see them learn and grow over time.
