Frequently Asked Questions (updated May 19, 2021)

How can I pay for the trip?

You may send a check with your choir student to WEHS made payable to Raider Area Choir Booster Club (RACBC) or can pay online through the website at www.wylieeastchoir.com/shop

When will payments be due?

The first deposit of $300 will secure your spot and is due May 25, 2021. A payment breakdown can be found in the packet. Payments are scheduled to be due September 15, December 15, and January 14.

What do I need to do now if I am going?

Start working to secure passports and vaccinations! Passports, of course, will be required, must be valid at the time of travel, and must not expire before September 1, 2022. We are waiting on more information on vaccinations, but there is a strong likelihood that the country of England may require documentation of vaccination prior to entry into the country.

What do I do if I have extenuating circumstances, need an extension, payment plan, etc.

Please reach out to one of the directors and we will make sure we hold you a spot and arrange any special needs that you have and do all we can to help you make this work for you/your child(ren).

What security do I have regarding cancellations of the trip because of extenuating circumstances?

Please see the insurance section of the packet. There are two levels of insurance that are available for tour participants. The first is a Student Deluxe Plan and the other is the Cancel For Any Reason Plan (CFAR).

The Student Deluxe Plan may be purchased any time up until the 2nd payment is received.

The CFAR plan must be purchased no later than 14 days after the deposit date and there is no flexibility on this date through the travel company. It cannot be purchased after this date for any reason.

You mentioned scholarships and fundraising opportunities. How do I know more about that?

We are currently putting together information on how to secure additional funding. Our first, and largest fundraising opportunity is located in this newsletter. Keep on the lookout in future notifications for more.
